• This App provides access to the Bluesky service. You must comply with the Bluesky Terms of Service (https://bsky.social/about/support/tos) and are solely responsible for all consequences arising from your use of the service and your posts.
• This App displays content posted by other users, as well as links to websites or resources. You are solely responsible for your use of such content, websites, or resources and assume all related risks.
• Some or all of the App's functionality may become unavailable due to changes, suspension, or limitations of the API services used by the App.
• To improve quality and for analytical purposes, this App uses Google services (such as Analytics and Crashlytics), and related information may be transmitted through their libraries.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• You must not engage in any activities prohibited by the Bluesky Community Guidelines (https://bsky.social/about/support/community-guidelines).
• This App prohibits any actions that endanger children. You must not engage in content or activities that sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger children, including but not limited to: sexual solicitation of children for exploitation, sextortion of children, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, or any other form of sexual exploitation of children.

Changes to the App

We may make the following changes to this app without prior notice. However, we will announce significant changes on our website or through our Bluesky account (@softama.com).

• Add, modify, or remove features of the App.
• Suspend or terminate the publication of the App.
• Add, modify, or remove advertisements displayed within the App.
• Set or change the price of the App or its additional features.
• Set or change subscriptions for the App or its additional features.

Warranty and Disclaimer

We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality of this App. Any issues arising from the use of this App are the sole responsibility of the user.

We are not liable for any damages incurred by users (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress) arising from the use or inability to use this App.

Amendment of These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms.
