This Terms of Use ("Terms") is provided to clarify the conditions regarding the use of the app. Before using the app, please carefully read and understand the following content, and proceed only if you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Following are the responsibilities and precautions for users when using the app:

• The app provides access to Bluesky's services. Users are required to comply with Bluesky's terms of service and are responsible for all outcomes resulting from their use of and postings on the service. Please refer to Bluesky's terms of service at https://bsky.social/about/support/tos
• The app may display links to or content from third-party websites or resources. Users are solely responsible for their use of these websites or resources and assume all associated risks.
• The app may become partially or entirely unavailable due to reasons such as changes, interruptions, or limitations to the API services used by the app.
• The app utilizes Google services such as Analytics and Crashlytics for functionality improvement and analysis, and related information may be transmitted through these libraries.

Changes to the App

We may make the following changes to the app without prior notice:

• Addition, modification, or removal of features within the app
• Suspension or termination of the app's publication
• Addition, modification, or removal of advertisements within the app
• Setting or modification of prices for the app or its additional features
• Setting or modification of subscriptions for the app or its additional features

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of using or being unable to use the app.

We reserve the right to revise the Terms as necessary. By continuing to use the app after the revised Terms have taken effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
